Money back guarantee gives confidence in buying the services. We have a policy "If we do not provide service or meet SLA than we do not deserve your fund and you can expect refund from us with in 7 days of ordering". We have conditonal money back guarantee so we suggest you to please contact us directly for any pre sales questions before you place order.

We offer 100% money back guarantee on servers, VPS and shared hosting only if network or uptime SLA are not met. If we are not able to provide you the network or server uptime in that case you can provide us the proof and request for the cancellation with refund. This does not include the scheduled downtime by us or our service provider. If you could not provide enough supporting documents then you will not be entitled for any refund. We reserve the right to issue you the refund or decline your refund request.

Your product and service is not covered with 7 days money back guarantee if you are found abusing our network like DDOS,SPAM,HACKING,Network SCAN etc

Money back guarantee is valid only for clients who sign up with us.Money back guarantee is not valid for existing clients. If you are our existing client then this guarantee is not valid. No other requests for refunds are entertained other then network and server uptime SLA. This does not apply on control panels. Any payment made for control panel is not refundable as we have to pay further to our vendor for control panel. If your money back guarantee is expired than you are not entitled for the refund.

If you do not want to continue the services from the following months than you should cancel the services before the invoice is generated. First invoice is generated 3 days before billing date. If your invoice is generated than you are not entitled for the refund.

Any refund request will not be entertained if any dispute is raised by the client to the payment gateway for no fault of ours. Final decision of the payment gateway will be honoured by us.
